Accountability Framework
The Primary Care Trusts (Membership, Procedure and Administration Arrangements) Regulations 2000 No 89 requires the PCT to adopt standing orders for the regulation of its proceedings and business. In accordance with the corporate governance framework the PCT has adopted Standing Financial Instructions (SFIs) as an integral part of standing orders setting out these responsibilities. The attached document was revised and approved by the PCT Board in July 2010, the Accountability Framework is reviewed and updated periodically as circumstances change.
The
Accountability Framework will be updated to reflect the separation of
Liverpool provider services (LCH). The document will be presented to the January 2011 Board.
