Welcome to the health needs section of the Liverpool Primary Care Trust website. Here you can view health and demographic profiles of the neighbourhood or ward where you live.
You can also download the 2008 and 2009 refresh of our Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA). Liverpool’s JSNA is a process that helps us understand and describe the health, care and well-being needs of people in Liverpool, both now and in the future and is produced jointly between the Primary Care Trust and City Council.
